‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Chris Harrison promises lie detector answers in ‘Men Tell All’
Just because “The Bachelorette” feels that there is still the need to stoop a little bit lower this season, we now have this news: During the “Men Tell All” special that airs on ABC last week, the show is going to be revealing the answers to that awful lie-detector challenge that took place earlier this season. Wait, weren’t the results destroyed? We’ll have a little bit of fun seeing how ABC explains that one.
Host Chris Harrison made this not-so-glorious announcement during his Entertainment Weekly blog this week, saying that there is another big moment that you are also going to see at the start of the special to go along with it:
“Next Monday night is the ‘Men Tell All.’ All of Andi’s men are back to talk about Andi and each other. My favorite part of the show though is the surprise right off the top, it’s a moment you won’t want to miss. And remember those lie detector results that Andi tore up in Italy? We will be revealing those answers, too! Truly, it’s an incredible Bachelor episode unlike anything you have ever seen before on our show!”
We don’t really know if “incredible” is the right word for it. We still don’t like this, given that none of the guys knew what they were getting into when they joined the season, and they didn’t think they would be put through the wringer thanks to something like this. What is someone’s answer on this test impacts their personal lives? It really just seems to be cruel to us.
The rest of the episode will hopefully be a little more fun. There’ll probably be bloopers, some interviews with Chris Harrison, and then some talk about “Bachelor in Paradise” since some of the guys from this season are on it.

There is no talk about Eric and the surprise is that they do an ultrasound of JP and Ashley’s baby. Also, we found out how many people actually lied on the lie detector. According to spoilers, Josh lied twice, but Andi doen’t want to know what he lied about. I agree with him about the lie detector being a bad date, but, I would have refused to take it. I know that I am repeating myself here. I do find it interesting that Josh gave Andi the big speech about honesty and moaned about it so much and then we find out that he lied twice. Talk about protesting too much.

I wouldn’t have taken the test either. She should either trust them or not. the show is already a difficult situation to build trust and a relationship, there’s really no need to throw anything more into the mix. I don’t think this was a date that andy set up, probably producers. I can’t see andy saying “hey you know what would be fun?”
