‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Andi Dorfman, Josh Murray, Nick Viall, and lie detectors
Andi Dorfman made a “deep cup” on Monday night’s new episode of “The Bachelorette,” and chose to send home three guys who she really did not feel there was much of a future with. This means we’ve got a more streamlined group, but also it means we have no more Marquel. (Tear.)
Now, the story is going to be heading over to Venice, and also one of the worst group dates ever. Why on earth do you make the guys go through some sort of lie detector test? This isn’t an episode of “Maury,” and if we were somebody even considering going on this show, this would make us want to walk away. We hope that this is just another one of those cruel tricks that the editors like to pull on us.
While Josh Murray established himself as somewhat of a favorite tonight, Nick Viall looks to have his chance again courtesy of another 1-on-1 date … maybe. The guys are revolting against him, and yet he is still finding a way to stay as the “villain of the season” flag flies. Cody is the other recipient of a date card, and it’s his first one. Congrats to Cody! The only problem that goes along with getting one this late is that it can be hard to know that you are building up the right relationship to really get far in a short amount of time. After all, there are only a tiny handful of episodes coming up now until the two-on-one dates.
