‘The X Factor’ notes: Alex & Sierra’s ‘All For You,’ Demi Lovato and Cher Lloyd on ‘GMA’

Ready for some music? Then this edition of “The X Factor” notes should bring a big smile to your face … especially if you love Alex & Sierra. These two are really starting to get out there promoting some music, and that includes us getting a chance to hear a new song in “All For You.”

Based on the massive reaction that the two got below to their performance of the song in New York City, the future is bright … even if there is a certain element of darkness and mystique to the song. We’re not sure that we have heard anything like this from a singing-competition winner ever; while the music is something you may expect, the lyrics here are going to take you by surprise.

These two recently released the lyric video for the new song “Scarecrow,” and hopefully we’ll have something more coming up soon.

Demi and Cher’s performance – Demi Lovato was the headliner for the “Good Morning America” Concert Series Friday, and the former “X Factor” judge got a chance to perform of different songs, including one with a recent touring partner in Cher Lloyd.

Below, you can hear her full performance of “Really Don’t Care” with Cher. This is her newest single, and it follows up on the success of “Neon Lights,” which grew to become a big hit on the radio. Not only did Demi recently tour with Cher, but she was also with “X Factor” girl group Fifth Harmony, who she performed with on the season 2 finale.
