‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 6: Paul Wesley’s funny take on Stefan, Caroline’s future

We have to say that if there was one star of “The Vampire Diaries” that we would most want to listen to a podcast of, it would be of Paul Wesley. He is extremely funny, witty, and sarcastic, and when you listen to some of his interviews sometimes, you have to keep that in mind.

In the end, his words are probably harder to put into print without context than most other actors from the show, which is why there are many ways in which you can take his opinion on Stefan and Caroline’s future in a new TV Guide chat:

“I think they should just have sex. Get it out of the way and see how it goes.”

We don’t know if we would put it in those terms, but we are at this point rooting for Caroline and Stefan as a couple. It feels more like something Stefan can pursue for himself, whereas the whole mess with Elena at this point is literally just that: A mess. There is always going to be issues with Damon, and even if he appears to be dead for the time being, Ian Somerhalder’s not leaving the show and we have to think that this means he will be turning up again at some point.

Now, the question is just when this move could be made. These two parties have taken things pretty slow.

The big winner in all of this? Candice Accola, who is showing a knack for forming good chemistry with a number of different actors. After all, there are shippers of her with Tyler, her with Klaus, and now her with this particular Salvatore.
