‘Sleepy Hollow’ season 2 spoilers: Introducing ‘The Kindred’
“Sleepy Hollow” loves to introduce their fair share of monsters and villains, but for the most part, the ones that we have seen on the show happen to be the ones fighting for the side of evil.
Could that actually change on the series moving into season 2? It sure sounds like it, at least when it comes to one of them. Per a new report from TV Guide, the good guys are going to work to create a creature to do battle with the Headless Horseman, and in order to do so, they are going to use the head that they currently have in their possession. There are also two other details here that are certainly worth pointing out:
- The official name for this character is “The Kindred,” which is certainly interesting and a sign that they must have a connection to someone.
- As a matter of fact, executive producer Roberto Orci claims that this character will be a “doppelganger” in sorts to one other character who you are already familiar with.
We’re always down to see something new and a little bit exciting when it comes to this show, at least so long as this creature makes sense … and is awesome. There should always be a prerequisite when it comes to the character being awesome.
As it was revealed a little earlier in the week, the “Sleepy Hollow” season 2 premiere is coming up on Monday, September 22. Therefore, you’ll have a chance now to sit and around and speculate about when this character is turning up after that.
