ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 3, episode 22 (finale) spoilers: An epic Emily VanCamp scene

The “Revenge” finale on Sunday night is looking to be many things, but earth-shattering has to be somewhere high on the list for longtime fans of the show. By the time that this hour is over, you may have a little more of an opportunity to finally understand just what Victoria knows about Emily, and also what she intends to do about it … if she can do anything at all.

You see, here is where some of the problems start to come into play. First of all, you have Emily at a cemetery digging up a grave, and there is a pretty good chance that she will just dump Victoria in it. Even if Madeleine Stowe’s character claims to Emily VanCamp’s leading lady that there is more information out there that she doesn’t know about her father, why should she care?

The implications of this scene are what really matter more than anything else. Now that Victoria knows that Emily is more than just some random woman who showed up in the Hamptons, she has a much better understanding now of what her presence really means … and it is not good for anyone else.

For us viewers, though, what is good is that we finally have a better sense of understanding regarding what will take place moving forward … especially since there is a season 4! No longer is there a reason to worry about the show not being able to come back on the air.
