‘Ink Master’ season 4, episode 11 podcast: Jessa and Bart on Matti Hixson’s strategy

Oh Matti Hixson…. we love you, we really do, but we also want to reach through our TV sets and shake you for keeping Scott Marshall safe when you had a perfect chance to push him out of the game.

We understand having strong alliances in most reality competitions like “Survivor” or “Big Brother” since these are games where having an alliance really pays off, but when you are on a show like “Ink Master” where it’s every artist for themselves is there any benefit in having an alliance? More then that is it a smart game move to keep the strongest artist safe and bring them to the final two with you?

In this edition of the CarterMatt “Ink Master” podcast we will dig deeper into what Matti’s motivations could be behind protecting an artist that will likely win the show (Scott has been the judges favorite since the beginning). Is it really a smart move to go to the end with Scott or should Matti have cut him when he had the chance? Winning tattoo of the day and the opportunity to nominate someone to go into the bottom is an advantage that many of the artists have not really used (outside of Halo who has been strategic about his nominations every time). We will also analyze the final four and give our top picks of who we think will win and who will be sent packing.
