When it was announced that Daniel Sharman was going to be leaving “Teen Wolf” after spending the past few seasons wrapped up in that world, who would’ve guessed that he would be crossing right over to another big supernatural show?
As shocking as that news might be right now, that is indeed the case as E! News reports that the actor is going to be coming on board “The Originals” for a particularly interesting season 2 role. he will be playing the part of Kaleb, who is a “charming” witch who has several axes to grind and also a significant sense of power. There have not been that many males witches (or warlocks?) to be prominent additions to the cast in some time, so we are interested to see how the Kaleb character fits into the picture in New Orleans.
Sharman’s role is expected to be a major one, and he is the second “Teen Wolf” alum to join the CW family after finishing their time on the show. Colton Haynes did something very similar, but crossed over to “Arrow,” where he is now a series regular in the role of Roy Harper. Both actors have another thing in common, as well, in that their characters are technically both still alive. Therefore, it is technically possible that we could see a little bit more of each one of them back in that world someday (even if it is unlikely).
