‘Law & Order: SVU’ season 15, episode 21 video: A bloody Mariska Hargitay peek

We’ve certainly seen plenty of tough times for Olivia Benson and company on “Law & Order: SVU” this season, so we have to hope that Wednesday night’s episode is going to offer up a sense of peace for her.

If it does happen, you are not going to see it in the sneak peek video below. Instead, the focus here is more on the immediate aftermath for Mariska Hargitay’s character. She is picking up the pieces here, and trying to figure out whether or not she can move ahead with her life.

The good information from this preview is that the child at the center of this William Lewis situated was not harmed in a majorly significant way other than what we saw on the show. The only damage that has been done was emotional.

While Benson tries to get herself back on track, Donal Logue is going to be around in order to help oversee things. The cases will still continue to come, and there will be no rest for the wicked in that case.

By the end of the season, Benson may have more of an awakening, where she is able to figure out whether or not she can really move on and not allow the ghost of Lewis to haunt her until the end of her days. Given that the show’s future is still in doubt, this may be a more important revelation than ever.
