ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6, episode 21: Last look at Stana Katic, Nathan Fillion in ‘Law & Boarder’

We’ve gotten into a habit of using Sundays to share Canadian promos for “Castle” episodes, and we’re therefore back again with one for “Law & Boarder” today. There is a little bit of new footage that comes to us here from CTV, but the interesting thing about this promo is that almost all of it focuses strictly on the investigation. there’s nothing about the Castle – Beckett wedding thrown in here at all, even though there are some threads that will be explored throughout the hour.

So while you enjoy that promo, here are a few other isolated teasers for the episode.

1. The Best Man debate should be very funny, given that we foresee Ryan and Esposito trying to one-up each other to get the part. As this sneak peek proves, Lanie will be the Maid of Honor.

2. Extreme sports will be a theme throughout the hour, and Castle will of course come up with at least one clever conspiracy theory about how it will be used in the murder.

3. This is not going to be an episode that tries to revolutionize the show. It’s more comfort food, like coming home after a raining day to a nice big pot of hot soup.

4. Most of the heavy drama regarding Beckett’s mother and her murder will happen on “Veritas” the following week. That’s where you can really see Nathan Fillion and Stana Katic show off their dramatic side.

5. Granted, there will be at least one surprising twist in this murder investigation Monday night. There always is…
