ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: Why Nathan Fillion’s Rick takes the lead in ‘That 70’s Show’

Castle -Since you have waited for so long now to see the “Castle” episode “That 70’s Show” on the air, why not go a little in-depth now with a scoop or two on the episode? Some critics have seen some early screeners for the hour, so a few assorted details here and there are starting to come out.

Take, for example, the latest teaser from TV Guide that suggests that for this particular case, Richard Castle is actually going to be the man in charge. The entire premise for this story is that the police need to get information from a man who is stuck in 1978, and there are a unique set of challenges that come with that. One of them? That this particular witness has very little interest in actually communicating with women about the case. This leads to Nathan Fillion’s character having to take the lead in order to get more information.

In addition to that, the article teases that those of you who are Lanie / Esposito shippers are probably going to smile over at least one little moment in this episode. That may not be a lot to make up for the lack of story for them lately, but it’s something. Hopefully we’ll get even more scoop on these two before the season comes to a close, but it seems unlikely given that there are a number of major story threads to attend to (the Caskett wedding, and then possibly 3XK or Senator Bracken, depending on whether or not producers want to resolve those loose ends this season). Luckily, things are looking good for a renewal, even if it hasn’t been confirmed yet by ABC.
