ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6 spoilers: Full Stana Katic – Nathan Fillion ’70’s Show’ details
While you may have to continue waiting for a while to learn everything there is to know about “Castle’s” return to TV two weeks from tonight, we at least now have something further to share now: The official synopsis of “That 70’s Show” from ABC!
If you’ve been following along some of the teasers that are out there about this episode, then you probably know a few things about this one in particular already. There are mobsters in this story, but rather than a typical crime story, it’s more about someone so out of touch with reality, Rick and Kate have to basically dress up like they are still in the 1970s in order to make anything happen with a case.
Without further ado, let’s go ahead and dive into that synopsis:
“When construction workers find the body of an infamous New York mobster who disappeared in the seventies, Beckett and Castle try to solve this three decade-old Mafia hit. Unfortunately, their only witness is a man who thinks it’s still the 1970’s, so to uncover what he knows, they must play into his delusion, and party like it’s the last days of disco.”
It’s interesting first of all that Castle and Beckett get a cold case here to take on, since that is not something that they do a whole lot of. But if they are going to take one, this seems to be one that will make the greatest percentage of people smile. The promotional photo out there with Nathan Fillion is hilarious, and Stana Katic has also been seen sporting her own get-up back in the first promo for this episode.
While April 21 may still be 14 days away, at least take a little solace in that you’re not going to have to wait for any more episodes this season after that beyond the standard period. From this point onward, they’ll be new stories the rest of the way.
