ABC’s ‘Scandal’ season 3 video: Katie Lowes talks ‘Frozen’ and much more

When you host a late-night talk show on ABC, one of the things that you always have to count on is for there to be a ton of brand synergy. In this case, this includes getting “Scandal” star Katie Lowes a new interview on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”

Was there plenty to talk about here when it comes to the show? Sure, but let’s be honest here: It’s not like Lowes would be able to do dish that much about what was coming up, anyway. With there only being a few episodes left, Shonda Rhimes has everyone under a pretty heavily lock and key.

But there were still a number of other funny and interesting things that Lowes talked about throughout this chat, with a personal favorite being the story of how she actually was the inspiration behind some of Elsa’s animation in “Frozen.” This is a part of the process that you really don’t hear very much about, and we found it very fascinating to hear her talk about just from a production point of view.

What we can tell you about the future of Quinn’s story is that clearly, things with her and Huck are far from over now. You’ve opened Pandora’s Box in a way when it comes to her relationship with Huck, and you cannot walk away from that now. It may not be the primary storyline thanks to everything that Olivia is going through right now (which is about a million different things), but it is not going to be forgotten. Let’s just hope that it is resolved before season 4.
