‘Arrow’ season 2 spoilers: A new environment for Slade Wilson

Manu -Just in case you thought that dealing with Slade Wilson was bad enough as it is for Oliver Queen on “Arrow,” just wait until what is coming up in the not-so-distant future: A pretty epic showdown in what has to be the last place that Stephen Amell’s character wants to run into the guy.

In the episode “The Man Under the Hood,” which is the first following Wednesday’s “Deathstroke” and will air on April 16, one of the most significant stories is going to be watching Manu Bennett’s character somehow find a way to get into the Arrow-Cave. What is his mission? Trying his best to destroy his world from within. Take a look at the synopsis below, with a warning for spoilers along the way:

“Oliver (Stephen Amell), Canary (Caity Lotz), Diggle (David Ramsey) and Felicity (Emily Bett Rickards) return to the lair and find Slade (Manu Bennett) waiting for them. An epic battle breaks out and one member of Team Arrow is sent to the hospital. Thea (Willa Holland) hits her breaking point, but just as Oliver is about to reach her, Slade intervenes and Oliver is faced with a choice – his battle with Slade or his family. Meanwhile, Laurel (Katie Cassidy) struggles with a new secret.”

The reason that we warn for spoilers is because this clearly gives away that Thea survives “Deathstroke,” but it does not seem like she is out of the weeds just yet. Also, with a title like this you have to wonder who else could potentially find out who is really fighting crime as the Arrow. In between Thea, Laurel, Moira, and Quentin Lance, you have for very interesting candidates.
