‘Hart of Dixie’ season 3 spoilers: New scoop on Rachel Bilson, Jaime King, and a bond
Are you glad that “Hart of Dixie” season is once again upon us? You are pretty much going to get a continuous stream of new episodes coming at you Friday nights for the rest of the season, and this includes one that may actually feature Zoe and Lemon working a little bit harder in order to become friends again.
This episode coming up is called “Back in the Saddle Again,” and airs on Friday, April 18. While it may not be that clear what is forcing Rachel Bilson and Jaime King’s characters to start to come closer after many seasons of conflict, the episode’s synopsis does tease more Magnolia, and AnnaBeth making a move to get back out in the dating world following the end of her relationship with Lavon earlier this season:
“Zoe (Rachel Bilson) and Lemon (Jaime King) seem to find some common ground and turn to each other for some much needed girlfriend advice. Wade (Wilson Bethel) is excited to take Vivian (guest star Lauren Bittner) out for a nice night out, but when her ex-husband begins texting her, Wade becomes suspicious of her exes’ true intentions. Lavon (Cress Williams) has the opportunity to bid to have the County Fair in BlueBell, but he loses focus when learns that AnnaBeth (Kaitlyn Black) is now dating. Meanwhile, Magnolia (guest star Claudia Lee) concocts a plan to get Brick (Tim Matheson) away from his house to throw a party.”
The one obvious storyline that we haven’t touched on here is the trouble when it comes to Wade in his personal life, and while a potential split with Vivian could be heartbreaking, it could be important to Wade to better understand what it feels like to be left by someone in favor of someone else. There may need to be a big event like this to draw him back to Zoe.

I am so disgusted by the whole of season 3 that I am beyond even wanting to watch it anymore. I WANT to hope that Wade and Zoe will get back together again, but the creators and writers have done nothing to give me confidence in their abilities to get HoD back on track. This is evident with the over drawn out, ever so boring relationship with Joel and Zoe. I mean 2/3 of season 3 were about them having this absolutely meaningless mother/son or sister/brother relationship. Could this have been any more boring??? I do like Joel as a character but he is not for Zoe. He is just a safe bet for her just like George would have been. You want to be consumed by love not put to sleep by it. Snoozeville is what it is like when they tried to have us believe that Zoe and George had feelings for each other (NO spark) and now with Joel. I realize he is leaving pretty soon but is it too late??? I am fed up!
