NBC’s ‘Revolution’ season 2 video: See a surprising side of Tom Neville

“Revolution” season 2 has a pretty interesting episode coming on the air Wednesday night, mostly in that it is an episode themed around something that may not exactly be real. “Dreamcatcher” is instead an alternative-universe story that is all about Aaron waking up in a world that does not include the blackout, and it also features him having to figure out what in the world is going on here. While things will appear normal on the surface in this world, there is still something that is very much amiss here.

Are you going to find that in the video below? Probably not. As the new video below (via Entertainment Weekly) perfectly shows, this is instead more of a Tom Neville-centric insurance commercial as though he was some sort of corny salesman in this world. Thing along the lines of some hilarious greenscreen action. If you love Giancarlo Esposito, this is a fun side of him that you do not typically see.

So what else is going to be coming up from this story? More than anything else, this will just be an intriguing look at what a life for Aaron could be … or could have been. The larger mystery will be if there is a way for him to get out of this and snap back to reality, given that you know there is no way in which this is anything more than just a trick played on him by his own imagination.
