NBC’s ‘Revolution’ season 2, episode 15 preview: ‘Dreamcatcher’s’ all about Aaron
Do you like how “Revolution” is shifting the focus more and more to Aaron in season 2? Personally, we’re rather happy with it. He has always been to us one of the show’s more-interesting characters, and we therefore have no problem at all seeing a little bit more of what goes through his mind.
But is the character’s ind starting to betray him? In watching the promo below for “Dreamcatcher,” that may be what you start to think for yourself. This feels like one of the show’s most high-concept stories to date, as we see what feels like some sort of bizarre, alternate-universe world where the power is not out, he is still married and running his company, but something still appears to be amiss. Given that the end of the promo below features him seemingly taking his own life, you know that this is not going to end well for him.
Want to get a little more information about this story now? Then just take a look at what NBC has to say in its own official synopsis:
“Aaron (Zak Orth) awakes to find himself in a world with power, married to Priscilla (Maureen Sebastian) and running his company. As he gets the feeling that something isn’t quite right, familiar faces begin to appear.”
Just from the standpoint of loving these sort of high-concept ideas, we are very thrilled with the idea of something that will make you think a little bit outside of the box. Also, we feel like “Revolution” works best when its goals are singular, and this episode seems to have one one: To explain what in the world is going on here.
