‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4, episode 20 video: Is Mona ditching Ezra?

Just when you thought that the picture on “Pretty Little Liars” was starting to become a little bit clearer, you have something like this coming into the equation and making things all good and complicated again. After watching the latest sneak-peek video below from Tuesday night’s new episode “Free Fall,” it really is not particularly easy at all to know where where anyone stands.

The contents of this video are pretty simple to figure out, as Mona, while getting ready to enjoy some sort of steak dinner with Aria’s brother Mike, gets an impromptu visit from Mr. Fitz. She doesn’t seem altogether pleased about it, and quickly informs him that she no longer has any interest in doing whatever it is that he wants.

Want to know our crazy conspiracy theory as to what is going on here? Think along the lines of this: It’s not exactly out of the realm of possibility for us to see Mona ditching Ezra because she’s already figured out that the Liars are on to him. It’s far too easy and probably wrong to sit here and imagine that she is making this move out of the most noble of intentions, by and large because Mona is not someone who you can really ever call “noble” in any way. She’s got something more going on here that she is not exactly revealing … and she wouldn’t to Ezra.

As for Mike, run away. Run far away.
