ABC’s ‘Castle’ season 6: Nathan Fillion set to visit ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live!’

While there may be some bad news out there for “Castle” in that there is no new episode of the show airing on Monday night, maybe this is a way that will help to make up for it: Its leading man is going to be diving into the world of late-night for a new interview very soon.

It was announced recently that Nathan Fillion, who of course plays the part of Richard Castle on the show, is going to also be by making an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live!” on Wednesday, February 12. It’s a nice little chance to plug “Castle,” and also just an awesome chance in general to see more of him on TV. While we would not necessarily say that Nathan is a regular presence on late-night programs, he does show up here and there for interview. He has been on Kimmel’s show multiple times before, and has also appeared on “Conan,” “Late Night with Jimmy Fallon,” and “The Late Show with David Letterman.”

As for what is coming up the rest of the way on “Castle,” there is quite a bit still to look forward to. The biggest news is of course from Monday night’s new episode, where it was suggested that there would be a wedding between Castle and Kate Beckett (Stana Katic) at some point by the end of the season … at least if the current timeline holds. Given that we are only creeping up on the fifteenth installment, though (which you can find out a little bit more about at the link here), we do still have a little ways further to go. Let’s just hope that the rest of the journey is as entertaining as everything else that we have been through so far.
