‘Law & Order: SVU’ season 15 spoilers: More news on Sophia Bush appearance

Are you ready to see the next big crossover on “Law & Order: SVU”? You have heard about it teased a few times already, but come two weeks from Wednesday on February 26, you are going to have an opportunity to see just that courtesy of “Chicago PD” star Sophie Bush turning up for a new guest spot as her character from the fellow Dick Wolf – NBC show.

So what is the nature of her business in New York? Unfortunately the full synopsis below from this episode (entitled “Comic Perversion”) does not really offer up a whole lot of insight in terms of what to expect. Instead, it focuses a little more on some of the other events taking place, and stays coy on the matter of what Bush wants and why now is the time that she is going to cross over. Check it out below:

“Popular comedian Josh Galloway (guest star Jonathan Silverman) is faced with student protestors after a set at Tompkins Square University. His demeaning jokes about women and rape become more serious when a student is assaulted by two of Galloway’s fans. Though Barba (Raúl Esparza) can’t arrest him for speaking his mind, he charges the SVU to find proof that Galloway’s actions reflect his words. When TSU student Carly Rydell (guest star Laura Slade Wiggins) accuses Galloway of rape, Sergeant Benson (Mariska Hargitay) is happy to arrest him. But Barba finds major roadblocks in the he-said she-said case, and thinks Benson should have chosen her battle more carefully. Meanwhile, a detective from Chicago (guest star Sophia Bush) seeks help from the NYPD.”

This not the only time that there is going to be a crossover event involving the three Wolf series (which also include “Chicago Fire”) on NBC this spring. They not only know what they have, but are well aware that it only helps the Chicago shows is a more established series mentions them on a few occasions.
