‘The Bachelor’ spoilers: Juan Pablo Galavis, Cassandra Ferguson, and Chelsie Webster news
Ready for some of the first scoop on Monday night’s new episode of “The Bachelor”? Well, we’ve got it for you here in the form of who is going to be lucky enough to receive a one-on-one (or Juan-on-Juan, as ABC would advertise it) date with Juan Pablo Galavis. Of course, there are some spoilers ahead … but only in the sense that these spoilers were actually confirmed by the network themselves.
The first woman to receive a date card from Juan Pablo (hand-delivered by Chris Harrison) is none other than Cassandra Ferguson, one of the women who broke down during the cocktail party on Monday night. These two are going to have a fun little excursion in Long Beach that includes a Jeep, the ocean, and a surprise for the former Detroit Pistons dancer.
But, the concern that we know many will have with Cassandra is if she is mature enough for Juan Pablo as the youngest person in the competition. We would argue that she is, at least in that age and maturity are two different things. She’s certainly more mature than Victoria Lima, and she is already a single parent. If nothing else, she and Juan Pablo already have some sort of common ground.
As for the second one-on-one date, we’re looking at someone in Chelsie Webster who we still cannot really remember no matter how hard we try. That is just what happens when you do get so many contestants on one season of the show. These two are going on a classic date of bungee dumping (?) and a performance from Billy Currington. Yes, we don’t quite get how bungee jumping is actually romantic at all, but there is always one of these “let’s terrify someone” dates a season. Unless you are a serious adrenaline junkie, these are the worst dates to watch other than the ones where someone yells “fairy tale” every minute or to just because production spent money on something nice.
