OWN sets premiere date for Lindsay Lohan documentary series

Have you been curious as to when you can see more of Lindsay Lohan on the air? Well if you have, you are going to get that opportunity very soon courtesy of a show simply entitled “Lindsay.”

This show is set to premiere on Sunday, March 9, and its sole purpose seems to be to follow around the former child star as she tries to continue living a happy and sober life. This series was announced in conjunction with Lohan’s recent appearance on “Oprah’s Next Chapter,” where she tried to describe some of what she has been going through over the past few years. Lindsay has gone to rehab on several occasions, and also has a pretty lengthy history of some various problems with the law. We can see there being some entertaining television that comes out of this, but there are also certain prerequisites to it, as well. For example, Lindsay has to actually show a willingness to let people into her life on the show, and she hasn’t been able to do that in the past.

The best thing that comes out of this for Lindsay is that she gives fans and also potential employers for acting gigs a chance to see what her life is really like, since there are probably a few parts of it here and there that get blown way out of control in the media. This is what they do! You could see Lindsay on the street eating a banana muffin and it could turn into a gigantic news story. As for the flip side, the worst thing is that it makes her look even worse than she already does. But, this is a pretty positive network that we are talking about here. We cannot imagine OWN really going out guns-a-blazing, hoping to make Lohan look completely silly.
