‘Glee’ season 5 notes: Updates on Lea Michele’s video, Jane lynch’s relationship

There are a couple of “Glee” stories that we want to give a little bit of attention to today, and while neither one of them may be enough to function as a story individually, they are both updates that are worth sharing for some very different newsworthy reasons.

Lea Michele – We begin here with a woman who has been spending a ton of time as of late trying to promote her original music, and the announcement that her music video for “Cannonball” will be out tomorrow. You may have already heard that news, but what we have for you now is a tiny video teaser that gives you a little bit of a better idea as to what to expect.

The only thing that we can really take from this is simply that there will be some color, and also a focus on the song more so than trying to tell any sort of individual story. Typically, first music videos are not the sort of thing that you see people go too crazy with, and that may be what should be said about this, as well.

Jane Lynch – When it comes to the woman behind the iconic role of Sue Sylvester, a new report from TMZ claims that she and her wife Dr. Lara Embry have officially divorced. Not only that, but they came to a settlement that was reasonable for all parties involved. While there was reportedly some money exchanged, everything has happened in a way that allows the two women to be on good terms again. The report even notes that the two took an opportunity to spend some time together over the holidays.

“Glee” is on hiatus until February 25, but you have to believe that we are going to get a ton of updates on what is going to be coming up long before then.
