TNT’s ‘Dallas’ season 3 spoilers: See Josh Henderson’s take on new story

Have you been missing the “Dallas” scoop lately? We certainly understand, but the great news to report now is that with the show coming ever closer to its premiere date on February 24, we are not going to be forced to wait for too terribly long to see just what is going to transpire with John Ross, Pamela, Emma, and all of the other characters who call South Fork Ranch home.

With John Ross, though, it is starting to feel more and more like he is the man who is now poised to take center stage. Based on what Josh Henderson is saying to Entertainment Weekly, especially when it comes to his character repeatedly cheating on his new wife with Emma, this is going to be one stuffed full of soapy goodness:

”I feel like just about every episode it’s John Ross hungrily making love with someone. That’s the new term this year for John Ross — he’s ‘hungrily making love.’ That’s what the description is with Pamela, maybe not necessarily with others. The problem is there’s definitely others.”

It would be in some ways easy for the show to try to take a major step back and try to establish something a little different after the death of Larry Hagman; but what impresses us here for now is that the show really seems interested in trying to really push the pedal to the metal here. There is going to be more drama, more scandal, and more romance just within the first eight episodes of the season (the part airing in the winter) than we’ve had in some time.
