‘Pretty Little Liars’ season 4, episode 6 preview: What is with Aria’s brother?

There is nary a character on “Pretty Little Liars” as mysterious as Mike Montgomery; with all of the time that he spends away from the show, he may as well be “A” running around in the shadows. Of course, we’re kidding, but we are still somehow shocked that this character made appearance at all during the third season.

However, Mike is in the middle of an arc on the show right now, and it’s an interesting one. He first arrived back on the scene with a story about not wanting to see his mom Ella take off to Europe for an extended stay, but he is sticking around for some reason. There are definitely going to be some interesting theories that come out of this sneak peek below, including some that we have heard since the first season. We don’t want to send you down any particular path of speculation, but we would say to pay very close attention to ever minor detail that you see here, including the way in which Mike’s eyes dart around. There also has to be a reason why we’re seeing a character who is virtually a non-factor on a show where every second matters.

While there are questions surrounding Aria’s brother, Aria also has plenty of her own problems that need to be dealt with right now, including whether or not she can solve the “A” / Red Coat mystery and if her new relationship with Adam is going to work out after all of the turmoil that she went through with Ezra.
