‘Arrow’ season 2: See Colton Haynes’ pre-season gig with Victoria Justice (video)

Who knew that Colton Haynes could go from being a possible hero-in-training to a love interest in a music video so quickly? The former “Teen Wolf” star is currently up in Vancouver preparing for his first go as a series regular on “Arrow” season 2, but prior to his journey up to Canada, he had an opportunity to star in the latest music video (entitled “Gold”) from former “Victorious” star Victoria Justice.

So what is the basic message of the video? Basically, it seems to be that Victoria thinks that she’s amazing, and you better treat her right if you want to stick around. Of course, there are plenty of references to gold itself in the video, including a pretty awesome gold car that seems like the sort of thing that a cheesy villain in a mobster movie would drive around in.

As for Haynes, the good news for him is that he does not seem to be risking his life in the video like Roy does on “Arrow” on a regular basis; not only that, but it also looks like he’s dragging Victoria around like she is Oliver Queen’s little sister Thea. (Yes, we are incredibly surprised that she plays along with all of his fantasies of finding The Hood and becoming his Progeny, almost like he is the spawn of Eric Northman on “True Blood.”)

“Gold” is currently on iTunes, so everyone who is a major fan of Victoria’s music can head over there if they want to check the tune out.
