‘The Bachelorette’ spoilers: Are Drew Kenney, Brooks Forester Desiree Hartsock’s top contenders?

For Desiree Hartsock on “The Bachelorette,” now is really the time where the rubber really starts to meet the road when it comes to who she is going to pick at the end of the experience. She has four guys who all seem to care about her and they all have connections with them on some level thanks to the time she’s spent on individual dates.

But who could she potentially be favoring with the hometown dates coming up? If you are to believe one particular source close to the situation (per Us Weekly), we could really have here a two-person race between Drew Kenney and Brooks Forester:

“She was touched seeing Drew with his family, especially his disabled sister … She then felt torn between Drew and Brooks.”

While this may be her thinking at this very time on the show, we learned full well last year that having a great hometown date does not guarantee by any means that you are going to be picked at the end of the whole competition. We saw this last year with Sean Lowe, who ended up keeping Catherine Giuidici almost at the last second thanks to Desiree’s date going so horribly. While she seemed a lock for third place then, she ended up being the winner a little bit later on after the final dates of the season started to materialize. So what we are trying to say here is basically pretty simple: Take everything with a grain of salt.
