‘American Idol’ notes: Adam Lambert, Lee DeWyze, and Candice Glover updates

Do you love “American Idol,” and videos featuring some of its most-notable former contestants? If you find yourself answering “yes” to both of these questions, we imagine that you will enjoy this edition of “American Idol” notes even more so than most.

First off, why not start with news about the most-recent winner? Candice Glover is getting ready for the start off the season 12 concert tour in the coming weeks, and she took the opportunity recently to sit down with the show for a YouTube interview all about what her life has been like as of late. What’s one of the biggest changes for her? Think along the lines of getting the opportunity to see so many places and communicate with new people. She also confirmed in here that she will be doing two original songs off of her album “Music Speaks” while out on tour.

Adam hits up Orlando – In turning now to Adam Lambert, he is actually doing quite a bit of performing. In the video below, you can see him rock out to three songs from his Universal Studios Summer Concert Series in Orlando. (Source.) Don’t you love the way in which he’s changed up “If I Have You”? This is hardly the first time that he’s done this, but to us it’s always worth pointing out. Plus, you gotta love the “Cuckoo” dance moves!

Lee’s new Vine – Finally, check out the latest Vine below from Lee DeWyze, who is giving you a taste of what is his rehearsal process. Lee’s been a busy guy this year in between touring and recording, but we’re starting to enter the home stretch of it all. “Frames,” his much-anticipated sophomore release, hits stores on August 20.
