‘Anger Management’ season 2: Things get ugly between Charlie Sheen, Selma Blair

Anger ManagementHas Selma Blair really been fired from the set of “Anger Management”? This is clearly a crazy story, and it is one that certainly does not help the notion that Charlie Sheen does not always play well with others.

According to a report from TMZ, the battle between the two parties began when Blair, who plays Sheen’s therapist / hook-up buddy Kate on the FX comedy, allegedly complained to producers about her co-star being late and him not having a great work ethic. These comments sound like they upset the one-time “Warlock from Mars,” since he then started to leverage his power on the show, proclaiming that she is out of line to judge him based on the amount of script that he has to memorize a week, and he wants to have her fired from the show.

We should know more on the situation in the next couple days, but we expect a good part of this to blow over. Blair had just tweeted kind words about Sheen (calling him “handsome”) last week, and there hasn’t been any report of trouble until now over a year after filming first started on the show. The part of the report we believe to be the most ridiculous is that Sheen was thinking of offering Mila Kunis a ten-episode arc on the show at $1 million an episode. Does he have that kind of money? Definitely, given that we know this show is raking it in. There’s just no real need for Kunis to accept, given that she has so much else going on right now. The major irony here would be that her boyfriend in Ashton Kutcher replaced him on “Two and a Half Men,” and he has to be aware of the irony here.

This is the second incident regarding Sheen and this show as he also recently unloaded on “Teen Mom” alum Farrah Abraham over her leaking text messages to the press suggesting that she was trying to secure a spot for herself on the show.
