‘American Horror Story: Coven’ spoilers: Male character being cast

In seeing all of the castings that have come in for “American Horror Story: Coven” so far this season, there is probably one question that has remained on your mind pretty firmly: Where are all of the men? Evan Peters is the only male star that is firmly attached to a role this year, and we still have no clue as to who he is going to play.

Well, those of you looking to see another male character on the show now have something for you to be very excited about. According to a new report from SpoilerTV, producers behind the FX series are currently in the process of casting a character named Hank. There’s not too much known about him at the moment, save for at least a few simple things: He is 40 years old, he is a husband to some character that is already on the show, and the character is currently slated to appear in six episodes of the upcoming season.

As for who will end up playing him, we’re sure that Ryan Murphy and company already have a few people in mind. The casting on this series has worked so far that we will hear about a few characters, and then find out at least a week or two later who will end up playing them.

There’s no firm premiere date just yet for the series, but we expect to hear something a little bit more concrete a little later in the summer. (Odds are, we’re looking at an October return.)
