‘Glee’ season 4 finale spoilers: Darren Criss, Kevin McHale talk Regionals!
Regionals have been a long time coming, but on Thursday night’s “Glee” season 4 finale, the moment will finally be here. Are the New Directions good enough to advance, or are they destined to start off season 5 as losers back at McKinley High? Sadly, we don’t quite know the answer to that just yet, and we cannot confirm whether or not we will know the answer to that by the time the episode ends.
What we can do, however, is look back at the adventure that was season 4 in the video below courtesy of some of the show’s stars. Darren Criss (Blaine), Kevin McHale (Artie), and Jenna Ushkowitz (Tina) are a trio of actors who spend a few minutes trying to reflect on what this season means to them. So who are they joined by? How about someone in Vanessa Lengies, who you have not seen in a while!
In case you are wondering why in the world we are seeing a new look from Sugar Motta all of a sudden, the answer here is pretty simple: Lengies has been at work lately on a new ABC comedy pilot called “Mixology,” which required her to take on a more adult persona. If that pilot gets picked up then it’s fair to say that Sugar will not be around McKinley High very much anymore.
The video also unveils what the set list is going to be for Regionals this year, which includes The Script’s “Hall of Fame” (which makes us wonder already who is going to do the rapping part), and also an original song by Marley Rose.
Want to see even more “Glee” scoop about the big finale, and what some of the moments coming up for Rachel are going to be? If so, be sure to check out the story over at the link here.

Glad to see the cast so happy at the end of the 4th season, but… Regionals takes place after Valentine’s Day and there is only 3 1/2 months of school left and concern RM is going to drag that small time for a entire season. Understand that will limit the number of new cast members… fewer new kids to add the show. So when the real world is celebrating fall and winter and hearts the show will be about relationship and ??? I loved glee from the start but lately find myself fast forwarding… yes I record on DVR and watch later… seem less painful that way. I hope season 5 has good stories, good music, and realistic timeline.
