ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2 finale: Ashley Madekwe reacts to [spoiler]

As you heard previously, the season 2 finale of “Revenge” is going to contain what is a very stunning moment, and it’s not of the pleasant variety; rather, someone is poised to die during the two-hour episode, and it’s going to be a major character rather than just someone who pops in from time to time. (And no, it’s going to be something more than just a fake-out, like what we saw with Victoria Grayson at the end of season 1.)

The cast has already been made aware of what is going to happen courtesy of a table read, and series star Ashley Madekwe (Ashley) shared her thoughts on the matter by simply writing the following on her Instagram page:

“Last table read of season 2…. Ep 22 had us all crying! #revenge.”

Of course, it’s pretty easy to say why when it comes to the information that we already have. Could Madekwe’s own Ashley Davenport be the person who bites the dust? She has to be a leading candidate at the moment. The only people we would really assume to be safe right now would be Emily (given that she is the lead), Victoria (given that it would be a little bit convenient for her to die after faking her death), and possibly Jack since we already lost Amanda this season. Whoever dies is going to impact Emily’s life in a significant way, in addition to possibly her plan as to how to best take down those guilty of ruining her father’s life and reputation.
