‘All-Star Celebrity Apprentice’ preview: What’s happening to Trace Adkins?
When you are on a show like “All-Star Celebrity Apprentice,” the last thing that you want to do is see your momentum interrupted just because someone else is not doing a very good job. To use the best Disney cartoon analogy, it can be best described as someone throwing off the emperor’s groove … or in the case of Trace Adkins, strumming on the wrong guitar string.
In the video below from Sunday night’s new episode, you have an opportunity to check out the rather sad news that after weeks of success, with the only loss coming on his team when he was performing on a cruise ship, Trace is told by Donald Trump to go over and join the team with Lil Jon, Omarosa, Brande Roderick, and Dennis Rodman. Trace hilariously tells the Donald that he doesn’t like him very much at the moment for the move, and he’s met with a pretty sharp line from Trump that he’s pretty used to being loathed at this point.
So does this put Trace in trouble right away? Not exactly. Instead, it just means that he’s really got his work cut out for him more than he did previously. We can’t imagine dealing with all of this people will be easy, but the good news is that he’s already familiar with Omarosa based on her being around the first season … and it also helps that Piers Morgan is going to be back, and will probably spend much of the entire episode trying to make sure that she gets fired.
What do you think: can Trace survive being on a team that has (Lil Jon excluded) been noticeably weaker as of late? If you want to read about Omarosa’s reported plans at the moment to “sue” La Toya Jackson, you can do so over at the link here.
