‘Glee’ season 4 spoilers: Heather Morris, Chord Overstreet highlight new ‘Shooting Star’ photo
For some of you who are not fans of Brittany and Sam as a couple, the photo to the left from the April 11 episode of “Glee” may very well cause you to to grimace a little bit. Chord Overstreet and Heather Morris’ characters are still together, and there is not any evidence in here as to whether or not that is going to end anytime soon.
So what does the photo mean? Are we getting set to see Sam serenade Brittany in a way that he hasn’t yet before? One of the selling points for both of these two has been an interest in having fun; heck, even their attempt to marry each other earlier this year cannot really be taken too seriously. Could Brittany run away if Sam started to show a more serious side, especially since there may still be some feelings for Brittany mixed in there? There are so many possibilities, and it is hard to not want to read something into the photo beyond what is there.
Even if Brittany and Sam may not be the most popular couple ever, can’t we all just agree on the fact that Lord Tubbington looks absolutely adorable in this photo? This is one of the first times that Brittany’s beloved feline has appeared outside of her own bedroom, and it does appear that the Lord appreciates Sam’s company.
We will probably find out the long-term fate of Brittany and Sam in the next few episodes, mostly because if Ryan Murphy does want to set up something for Brittany to get back together with Santana, he will probably want to set up enough time for something to happen by the end of the season.
What do you think of this photo? If you want to read some more “Glee” scoop about Mark Salling’s Puck, you can do so over here.

I agree that for fans to have to wait for next season and maybe the end of the show for the broken up couples to reunite will not be satisfying. We want to watch the couples being together. It is disappointing to realize that your favourite couple may get 5 minutes in the last show to be together and then no more story.

They should not have let ND find a way back into competition. Actually the other school that competed should have advanced to regionals. They didn’t commit any indiscretions. THAT would have given the writers a challenge and taken them to the end of the school year without dealing with competitions.
I don’t want to wait until next fall to find out what happens at nationals and/or graduation.

I don’t think they’re going to carry over the school year to next season. They’ve never done this before and I don’t think they will start now, but I do agree that the cast is spread way too thin. No one gets to see enough of their favorites, no matter who they are. The fact that they are only getting ready for Regionals this late in the season tells me they are not going to win and their competion season will be over.
There was an interview I read that said next season will change drastically 1/2 way through and I’m hopeing that could mean a spin off? I truely think that is the only way everyone would be happy with the screen time their favorite characters get. And that the different fandoms would Please stop fighting!
I do agree that I don’t think we will get everyone back together by the end of this season, but as long as they are working towards that and don’t wait till the very end of the show for that, I understand. I’d really love to see some flirting and dating and scenes together for all the couples before they just throw them back together, but I also don’t want to wait till the very end, because I want to be able to enjoy them being together too.
What ever they do, I’m a loyal Gleek and will watch till the end!!

I love any episode with a generous helping of Brittany, no matter who she’s with.

Very thing I have read and the fact that regionals has not happen makes me believe that the season will end and the season 4 school will not be over. It will seem a little weird if come September the senior class picks up where it left off (provide Glee has a season 5), but it would solve the problem of adding new kids to the show to replace the graduating seniors.
I think the split show and the fact that not everyone is a fan of the new kids (I think they are okay, but a bit dull) has been a problem for show. This will give them time to write better for them (we can hope) before moving the seniors out. Hope they don’t drag in out for all of season 5. I don’t think Brit and Santana or any of the couples will be getting back together this season. Not if the writers drag out the school year.
I kind of like Brit with Sam for now. I rather see her with Sam then the writers introduce another character. The cast is too big and many of them don’t get equal time on the show as it is. The same reason they have Blaine buddies with Sam. This keeps him free for Kurt later but solves the problem of adding another character to write for and heaven forbid a complicated plot that gets started but never finished.
I love Glee. I love the idea of Glee, but it’s lost its focus and too stretched out and core favorites (maybe the actors are happy) are not getting enough air time or any air time from episode to episode.
I sure when the writers get the couples back together (if they do) it will be for end game (end of show) and the fans will not get to enjoy seeing the couples back together week to week again like before.
Any one have better idea where the show is headed????
