‘New Girl’ season 2, episode 17 preview: Jess tries to seduce Nick

Somehow, Nick and Jess kissing has not made “New Girl” any more dramatic at all; as a matter of fact, we would be willing to wager that this one individual move has managed to make the series even funnier in some strange way.

For one such example of that, check out the myriad of sneak peeks below for “Parking Spot,” the new episode that is currently set to air on Fox Tuesday night. The premise behind it is pretty simple: a new spot opens up a the loft, and all of the roommates compete in order to try and win it for themselves … with the exception of Nick, who somehow gets thrust into a position of hilarious power.

So how does he handle this? Rather badly. At one point, Schmidt tries to convince him to give it up to him with something that the vast majority of men love: beer. Then, Jess one-ups Schmidt by bringing to the table something that most guys love even more than beer: women. This is really the first time that we have seen Jess try and use the now-infamous kiss to her advantage, as she completely “sells her body” (in her words) to get Nick to “be a gentleman” and hand over the spot.

While all of this is going on, we are actually going to see a rare storyline that allows Cece to spend some time with Winston. Why? She is on a date once again in an attempt at scoring an arranged marriage when Winston stops by with a simple request: a condom, wince he was in the neighborhood and strangely had nowhere else to go. The end result of this? Funny, and rather unexpected.
