‘The Vampire Diaries’ season 4 spoilers: Kat Graham’s Bonnie learns the truth

Let’s hope you have something ready to wipe the tears away on Thursday night, as “The Vampire Diaries” is going to air what could arguably be one of the show’s most emotional episodes of its entire run. While there is no confirmation that this hour of TV will necessarily mark the end of one Jeremy Gilbert’s life, the emotions that are going to potentially come with this farewell are going to be very real and very present.

Just in the few seconds at the end of this new sneak peek, you can certainly see it all over Bonnie Bennett’s face. It is none other than Shane (David Alpay) that ends up informing her of what happened with Silas awakening, and needed the blood of anyone close by in order to bring his body back after so many years of mummification.

How is Bonnie ultimately going to react to this? The answer is undoubtedly not well, especially considering that this was a guy that she was once in love with back in the early stages of season 3. We know that she will do everything she can during this episode to try to bring him back along with the help of Elena, but the question that remains is whether or not this will end up working.

Hopefully, we will have an answer one way or the other by the end of the episode; and if he is truly dead, let us hope for the same sort of emotional goodbye that we had upon seeing Alaric pass at the end of last season. (It still sends chills down our spine to this day.)
