‘Grey’s Anatomy’ season 9 spoilers: Episode titles and notes on Cristina and Owen
What exactly is coming up moving forward on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9? We’ve already shared with you some teasers for Alex and Jo along with the first promo for Thursday night’s new episode “The Face of Change,” but in this article we’re going to go a little bit beyond both of these things.
According to a new report from E! News, the February 14 episode of the long-running ABC hit is going to be known other than “Hard Bargain.” Meanwhile, the episode following that one carries with it the title of “This is Why We Fight.” While we do not know too much about the story for either episode just yet, there is one thing that we can say for sure already: the former episode of the two mentioned here will give plenty of attention to Cristina and Owen.
While it has been rather nice to see these two doctors finally drift back together romantically after so much time apart, there is also one other thing worth pointing out here: there are still many fundamental differences to be solved. For example, there is still the issue of children that looms large over the two: while Owen wants children, Cristina does not, and she has even gone so far at times as to lose a child that she was pregnant with in order to prove her point. Executive producer Shonda Rhimes has said already that she wants to address this issue at some point before this season come to a close, especially since otherwise we will probably not be seeing the two parties stay together in the long-term.
Are you ready to see a little bit more of Cristina and Owen on “Grey’s Anatomy” season 9, and are you feeling good about the prospects of them being together in the long-term?
