ABC’s ‘Revenge’ season 2, episode 12 preview: Charlotte makes a move

It would not be “Revenge” if the show was devoid of family drama, so with this in mind, expect to see plenty of action in this department during Sunday night’s new episode “Collusion.” As a matter of fact, it even links to characters together in a rather unexpected way.

As you will see in the sneak peek below, the Grayson family makes an attempt to do their first nice thing in pretty much ever and throw a birthday party for none other than Charlotte. The problem? She has a rather interesting gift that she wants to share with them in the process: she is changing her last name to Clarke as a means of honoring her own lineage.

Of course, Charlotte thinks as though she is doing this as a way to establish a commonality between herself and Amanda Clarke, though the real Amanda Clarke currently goes by the name of Emily Thorne. The Graysons appear none too pleased with Charlotte’s decision, but for the sake of not ruffling any feathers for the time being, they also make the decision to go along with it.

Moving forward on “Revenge,” what we are excited to find out is just how much Emily continues to factor into the Graysons’ lives. Emily shows up to Charlotte’s party seemingly as an invited guest of Daniel; and while Victoria originally wanted the two parties to become close again, we are still not quite sure that she wanted it to turn out like this. After all, she questions why Emily has decided to make an appearance at this particular party in the first place.
