The Bachelorette spoilers: Rachel Lindsay and Bryan Abasolo bond further

Bryan Abasolo and Rachel Lindsay have one of the stronger connections out of everyone on The Bachelorette, and when the show returns with new episodes on July 10, you’re going to see more of the continued evolution between the two. They’ll have their second one-on-one date in just a few episodes, and you’re going to see them have a very luxurious one to go along with it.

Based on what the synopsis below suggests, the time in Switzerland for these two is going to be very romantic — but also personal, since it will cause Bryan to become more open about a past relationship that didn’t work out for him:

“The first one-on-one date goes to Bryan, and it is first class all the way. The couple takes a ride in a luxurious car to a world-renowned watch shop where Rachel gifts him with one of the handsome time pieces. Later at beautiful Victoria Concert Hall, Bryan opens up about a troubled past relationship. They dance to the music of a string quartet to top off the evening, but will it be enough for Bryan to secure a rose?”

As of right now, the chances of Bryan and Rachel being together at the end seem high for a number of reasons, starting with the fact that he’s established. This is a very different sort of contestant than who the show often casts. He’s older, he’s successful, and he’s not going to come off of this show doing nightclub appearances and hawking products on Instagram. He’s on a different path which is a breath of fresh air for this series. It makes you wonder in some ways why he would want to come on the show in the first place since he’s not your typical contestant, but if this relationship works out for the two of them, it’s hard to question it all that much.

So who is the biggest “competition” for Bryan? As of right now, we’d say to look at either Dean or Peter, but the previews suggest that there is some big drama coming with Peter that could shake things up slightly. Let’s hope that no matter what it is, it doesn’t alter the perception of him too much as a possible Bachelor favorite in the event that he doesn’t end up with Rachel at the end of the season.
