After a holiday hiatus, “NCIS: Los Angeles” will be returning on Sunday night with a new episode entitled “Kulinda,” and one that, per the sneak peeks below, seems to be featuring a wide range of danger for our heroes.
For Sam Hanna, it means having to go undercover at a private-security firm in order to figure out precisely what sort of ties that it has to criminal organizations. In the first video below, you can see LL Cool J’s character going undercover as a man looking to get a job; on paper, it certainly feels like everything is above-board with the company; you hear that they like to stay open and active in the community, and that includes presenting strong role models and making sure that everyone keeps up their grades.
Still, after hearing all of this, don’t you think that all of this is starting to sound a little too perfect for its own good? It certainly feels like there could be a nasty underbelly here, and that is something that could surface a little later in the episode as Sam’s work continues.
As for the second sneak peek, this one puts a little bit more focus on the Callen character as he and Anna engage in a little bit of gunfire. There’s not a lot of context to this one, but there is a prevailing message: If you are about your safety, it’s probably a dumb idea to get mixed up with the two of them. (For those of you out there who do ‘ship these two characters romantically, rest assured that there will be further opportunities to see the two of them explore that in this episode.)
