‘Fear the Walking Dead’ season 2, episode 4 preview: Strand’s past and more in ‘Blood in the Streets’

Poster -

The second season of “Fear the Walking Dead” is a show that, at its core, has revolved around Strand. He’s a guy with a mysterious past, but also someone with more money than anyone can count … though it’s not entirely clear precisely why that really matters so much in this world. What does instead here are some of the resources that he has at his disposal, and also the boat. Abigail is quite possibly the biggest resource of all, since it allows the rest of the cast an opportunity to move from one place to the next. There’s no guarantee of a safe haven, but even the idea of one is better than no haven at all.

With that, we are brought to the events of “Blood in the Streets,” the next new episode of the show airing in one week’s time. The synopsis below (via TV Guide) gives you a little more insight as to what to expect:

“A family in distress boards the Abigail; and Strand branches off as his past begins to emerge. Meanwhile, Nick searches for an associate of Strand’s.”

As for the promo below, we feel like it does a rather good job of asking another question in a really interesting / compelling way: Are we about to see Strand get stranded in his own way? It certainly feels like that right now, or that at least Salazar would be leading the charge for all of it. We’ll have more soon.
