‘Arrow’ season 4, episode 13 preview: Nyssa, Oliver, and ‘Sins of the Father’

We always think that there is that much more intensity whenever we get to see Katrina Law back on “Arrow,” and luckily that’s going to continue moving into next week’s “Sins of the Father.” The name certainly could mean a lot of things to different people, given the number of father figures on this show. Malcolm is dad to Thea, Diggle is dad to baby Sara, and Oliver is dad to William, who we know he’s at least still seeing from time to time. Also, Nyssa is the daughter of Ra’s al Ghul, and she wants the title of Demon’s Head in her possession. What could she be willing to get it? That remains to be seen.

What we do have for you below is the official synopsis for this upcoming episode, which we imagine will be a rather big one.

“Oliver (Stephen Amell) receives an offer from Nyssa (guest star Katrina Law) that is hard to refuse. Meanwhile, Thea (Willa Holland) continues to battle the blood lust, Malcolm (John Barrowman) steps in to help his daughter, and Laurel (Katie Cassidy) has a heart to heart talk with Nyssa.”

Tonight’s episode certainly introduced a rather significant new wrinkle courtesy of the fact that Nyssa wants Oliver to kill Malcolm, and if this happens, she will give him what he needs to save Thea’s life. It’s an ultimatum, and judging from the promo below, this is going to lead to a rather vicious standoff. Could Laurel convince Nyssa not to go through with this plan? At the moment, that may be the only hope to turn things around in some way.
