‘The Walking Dead’ season 6, episode 7 video: Andrew Lincoln, Lennie James, and a conversation

Rick -There’s some good news when it comes to Rick Grimes on “The Walking Dead” moving into the next new episode of the show: He’s alive! We’re not entirely sure how in the world he got out of that trailer, but the good news still is that it has. At a certain point we think we are supposed to believe that Rick is really just Chuck Norris, and can make bad guys disintegrate just in the way that he looks at them.

In true AMC fashion, it feels like they decided to pick for Sunday’s sneak peek the most vague and dialogue-free sequence possible. This time, it’s a scene between Andrew Lincoln and Lennie James’ Morgan, one where Rick makes it clear to him that they have a lot to discuss. What they will be talking about at the end of the day here is still a mystery, but we do figure it has something to do with the jostling for control at Alexandria. Both of these guys are complete and total ego fiends, and they therefore each have an idea as to how business should properly be done.

Who is thinking of things the right way? Both have good points, but we do get the impression here for the most part that the show really wants us to buy more into what Rick is selling than anyone else, given that this is a brutal, violent world, and the people who tend to adopt more peaceful mantras have some sort of terrible thing happen to them.

We will have some other news when it comes to this episode soon; be on the lookout!
