‘Girl Meets World’ season 2, episode 24 preview: ‘Girl Meets Belief’ looks at perspective

There has been a little bit of confusion as to what episode of “Girl Meets World” was going to air on the Disney Channel next week, or even if there would be two episodes rather than a single one. (That is what originally was suggested by some early scheduling notes we saw.)

What we’ve since figured out is that at the time of this writing, there only seems to be one installment coming next week, and it is “Girl Meets Belief.” Filmed earlier this year, this seems to be one of those classic episodes where Riley, Maya, and the rest of the young cast members learn something about themselves thanks to Cory Matthews challenging them to take a new look at their lives.

“Cory asks the kids to challenge one another’s beliefs to see if it changes their perspectives.”

It’s hard to necessarily see anything earth-shattering in this episode, but we don’t think all episodes of this show are really wired that way anyway. This is meant as family television, something that is meant to be digested and enjoyed by a wide array of people. These episodes are enjoyable to watch for the most part, at least so long as they are mixed in with some that bring in nostalgia or a few other elements.
