‘Faking It’ season 2 spoilers: Karma, Amy, and plenty of drama in new promo!

The Monday, August 31 premiere of “Faking It” on MTV is quickly approaching, and the show is only going to continue to give you more scoop and footage of what is coming up.

Below, you can take a look at the latest sneak peek, which certainly features a pretty wide array of shocking moments between Karma and Amy. In the wake of all the confessions in the first part of the season about Amy and Liam, Karma seems to be going completely into party mode, acting crazy and potentially damaging many of those who are close to her. Meanwhile, Amy is only going to become even more confused.

Is all of this going to culminate in another big moment for the Karma – Amy relationship? It seems that way, given that near the end of the preview there is a kiss that takes place in a pool, one that Karma seems to be the one leaning in for! She was always the one who doubted that there could be something there beyond friendship, but we started to get an inkling at the end of the first half of the season that this could change.

Ultimately, the biggest challenge for “Faking It” as a series is timing. You want to find a way to continually keep the show exciting, and part of the challenge for that is not putting the characters in the same position more than once. If you get them together, you have to find a way to do it at the right time, and in a way that sets the stage for some more truly crazy stuff to happen the rest of the season.
