‘Chasing Life’ season 2, episode 5 preview: Embarrassing bachelorette party stories galore

Monday night’s new episode of “Chasing Life” could take you closer to the big Leo / April wedding, but on Monday night the show is going to be mostly focused on a very specific thing: Some of the traditions that come before walking down the aisle! Specifically here, we are talking about the Bachelorette party. There will be some silliness, wigs, tiaras, and of course awkward comedy. The sneak peek below offers us a tiny bit of proof of some of that.

To us, probably the strangest thing of all is the fact that April’s mother and grandmother are in attendance. Whose parents go to their kid’s own bachelorette party? This seems to be the sort of thing that for the most part you’d want to avoid. Anyway, we do get to hear a pretty embarrassing story as a result of their presence, and to April’s credit she takes it very well.

Also, the name of a different Leo is brought up in this preview: Leonardo DiCaprio, in particular his appearance in “Titanic.”

While for the most part it appears as though the bachelorette party is going off without a hitch here, we admit that we still have some anxiety for these characters. Name one recent movie or TV show where we had a bachelor or bachelorette party where everything ultimately works just fine, and there are no problems at all for any of the characters. Something has to come up at some point in here … right?
