‘Arrow’ season 4 spoilers: Prepare for Anarky, Mr. Terrific!

Oliver -How about this for some terrific news on “Arrow” season 4? There are some more characters coming up over the course of the episodes ahead, and they should be at least reasonably familiar to some longtime readers and fans of the DC Universe.

While at the DC Entertainment Comic-Con event last night, it was confirmed that you are going to have an opportunity to see both Anarky and Mr. Terrific turn up for at least an episode or two moving forward. The former is a character who will be working at some various times with Felicity, and is a master of technology very much in his own right. We imagine that the character will pretty be a little bit darker than the comic-book version to fit into this world, but most indications suggest that he will be one of the good guys.

As for Anarky, let’s just say that things are a little more cloudy. This is a guy who believes that what he is doing is for the greater good, but his methods of doing so are not exactly a reflection of that. The problem for Oliver Queen here is that maybe he will see somewhat of a season 1 version of himself through this character. He has learned over time that he cannot be a hero while taking lives, and Anarky may not agree with that vision. This is a window into his soul, and it may address some of what it means to be a hero, which were some of the themes of even this past season of the show.

We know already that Damien Darhk is going to be the primary villain for season 4 (read up on the man playing him here), so we don’t think Anarky is a guy who will be around the entire season.
