‘Rizzoli & Isles’ season 6: See Angie Harmon, Sasha Alexander in new poster!

Ready for “Rizzoli & Isles” season 6 to be back on the air? You’ve been waiting for months, but the waiting is almost over now! The show will return starting on June 16 with new episodes, but you don’t have to wait long at all to see the new promo poster courtesy of TNT!

Below, you can see Jane (Angie Harmon) and Maura (Sasha Alexander) in their element; Rizzoli of course has her badge, whereas Isles has her bag. Let’s face it: This is not the most surprising poster ever put out by a network for a show. Then again, it really does not need to be in this instance. TNT knows what sells when it comes to this show, and that is its two female leads. So long as these two remain center stage, the odds are high that plenty of people are going to continue to watch. This show has become the most-popular series on the network because of their chemistry.

In terms of specifics on the season, not much has been released yet other than that you should probably expect to see a good bit more of the same. That means more opportunities to watch these two solve crimes, but also have a little bit of fun in the process. One of the reasons we feel like the series does so well is because it strikes that perfect balance of drama with some funny moments here and there.
