‘Dancing with the Stars’ 20 spoilers: Routines for Noah Galloway, Chris Soules, and Robert Herjavec

Dancing with the Stars -This is certainly not what we expected going into Monday night’s “Dancing with the Stars” episode. Willow Shields is gone! We’re still not sure how that happened, sometimes, crazy things do happen in what is for the most part a pretty predictable competition.

So what we want to do now is start to go through a little bit of what the dance styles are going to be for the people who are remaining. There will be some trio performances in addition to these, but what makes the solo performances so significant this time is that they were voted on by America. Therefore, know that every single one of these has some sort of involvement from the public. We’re not really sure that this works as a gimmick, only because we would much rather see songs selected that the contestants themselves have an emotional connection to. (These choices are coming in our direction courtesy of BuddyTV.)

Riker Lynch and Allison Holker – Viennese waltz to “What Now” by Rihanna. We’ve become so impressed by Riker at this point that it really does not matter what he does.

Nastia Liukin and Sasha Farber / Derek Hough – Paso doble to “Centuries” by Fall Out Boy. We’re still not sure who to call her partner, but we’re going with Sasha for now since it seems like Derek is trying to heal somewhat.

Noah Galloway and Sharna Burgess – Tango to “Geronimo” by Sheppard. Given that this is a dance almost entirely based on hold, this will probably be one of the hardest ones for Sharna to choreograph that we have seen yet.

Rumer Willis and Val Chmerkovskiy – Rumba to “Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps” by Doris Day. Clearly, the weirdest combination of things. You have a young woman performing a romantic dance to a song few young people have ever heard of.

Chris Soules and Witney Carson – Contemporary to “Lay Me Down” by Sam Smith. It’s certainly a great song; there is no disputing that. We’re going to have to reserve judgment of if Chris can pull off contemporary.

Robert Herjavec and Kym Johnson – Contemporary to “Champagne Kisses” by Jessie Ware. We’re not really that aware of the song, but this is a style that could benefit Robert much more than what he has performed lately.
