‘NCIS: Los Angeles’ season 6, episode 20 preview: How much danger is Callen in?

Monday night marks an all-new episode of “NCIS: Los Angeles,” and this is one that carries with it a very simple title in “Rage.” Once you see that, you know almost right away that this could be a fairly shocking hour of TV with a variety of twists and turns.

So is there anything that you can expect to see in particular? Let’s just say that Callen is going to take on the identity of a man undercover, and in the process he is going to find himself in serious danger when someone else becomes willing to do almost anything in order to maintain their own. In the end, we would say that there is one word that you can really use to describe this: Peril. For the rest of Callen’s team, this story could become a rescue mission in order to ensure his survival.

If there is one thing in particular we really like about this promo, it is that CBS does an exemplary job here playing up the tease of it all. Specifically, we would be losing our mind if we saw him with Kensi without understanding fully what was going on here. Luckily, we do know that this is a part of the gig, as she is pretending to be his girlfriend for the job.

Is there more than this episode than meets the eye? Sure, but some secrets have to stay that way for a little while longer. We would not be too concerned over Callen’s long-term fate here, though, mostly because there never seems to be a situation where someone is in any actual danger among the main cast.
